1) Read "The Black Walnut Tree" on page 299 in your literature textbook (FIND YOUR LITERATURE TEXTBOOK). Fill out the second column of your TPCAST chart for this poem. This will be counted as a homework grade tomorrow!

2) Select your next independent reading book for Monday. This book is your choice, but it must be one you have not yet read and at least two hundred pages in length.
