1) Read and annotate the next few pages of Fahrenheit 451. Stop after Montag pulls the Seashell out of Mildred's ear and says, "'Mildred. Mildred?'" (electronic copy: half way down original page 22; hard copy: bottom of page 43). Please be sure to make notes while you read. I will be checking in class that you have done so, and I will be giving homework credit for your work.
2) Study your vocabulary words for the quiz on Monday.
3) There will be a quiz on Part I on Tuesday. Study your notes and be sure to ask questions during our class discussions to help you prepare!
